This legendary London venue and recording studio has been reborn as a state-of-the-art office, studios and workshop space, right by Portobello and Notting Hill and under the famous Westway.

Enjoy chic, minimalist style, with a large stylishly designed atrium and lounge spaces with an airy and open warehouse feel.
The excellent Vagabundo serves breakfast and lunch, with freshly made and healthy salads, as well as hot food and juices, smoothies and all-important barista-style coffee.
Enjoy booth seating and cosy chairs and tables in the open plan cafe and communal space. Industrial warehouse decor includes concrete floors and crittal windows as well as original graffiti from the Westway underpass in our comfortable meeting rooms.
Westbourne Studios is situated in a superb West London location right by Portobello and Notting Hill, with scenic Grand Union Canal and Westbourne Park station only a stone’s throw away. Located directly under the famous Westway, the building’s rooftop is actually part of the road.
