What's different about Workspace?
Workspace is wholly London-based and was the first to offer flexible leases back in 1987. Our properties include many of London’s most characterful and striking buildings, each with their own unique history and are owned and managed by us.
We regularly reconfigure our properties to adapt to customers’ changing requirements including a vibrant front of house experience, meeting rooms, breakout areas, gyms, cafés and wellbeing facilities, such as cycle storage and showers.
On top of this, our experienced centre managers create fantastic communities within the buildings, hosting customer events and promoting networking and knowledge sharing opportunities to support business growth.

Workspace can accommodate businesses of all shapes and sizes. You can choose between offices, workshops, studios, light industrial, warehouse and storage spaces with sizes ranging from 100 to 40,000 sq ft.

All-inclusive pricing

What is all inclusive pricing?
We’re doing our bit to make things easier for you and your team, with electricity and wifi included in your monthly bill along with your rent and service charge. This means no nasty surprises or unexpected costs each month.

Who does the pricing apply to?
It generally applies to units that are 2,500 sq ft and below, but not all of our properties have switched to this pricing model yet.

Will our pricing increase?
Prices won’t increase during the term of your agreement (which is generally 2 years), although there is a standard 5% increase each year. This will be set out in your agreement which you'll receive when you move in.

What happens if I use more electricity than normal?
Although electricity is included, if you use electricity in excess of what we deem to be a reasonable level for customers, we can levy a surcharge.

Who can I contact if I have an issues with my WiFi?
You’ll have a dedicated support team at Wavenet, with an internet account manager at your Workspace property to assist with any online issues that might arise.

How many devices can I register for each member of my team?
You’ll be able register up to five devices and the number of user accounts will be allocated in accordance with the size of your space, and as an added bonus you can hop online at any of our other Workspace properties you might be visiting for free.
