We care deeply about the communities around us, and our unique position as home to more than 4,000 small businesses gives us the opportunity to make a difference in some of the most pressing social issues facing London. 

With more than 60 buildings across 15 boroughs, our potential for making a positive social impact is huge, and we're making the most of it. We collaborate closely with our customers to support local communities, and we have integrated charitable giving and volunteering into our culture.

 We’ve set ourselves a number of targets to deliver enhanced social value across Workspace, championing skills and employment for our London communities.

InspireMe

InspiresMe

Through our InspiresMe programme we work with our customers to help disadvantaged young people in London get a foothold on the career ladder, with CV workshops, interview practice and all-important work experience.

Single Homeless Project

We’ve partnered with the Single Homeless Project charity to work towards preventing homelessness among young people in London. We’ve also been supporting SHP on the ground with more than 620 volunteering hours.
